brrr! it’s cold in here!
Day 8: Hmmm. I don’t look as ruggedly handsome here as I had hoped. However, I do make it a rule to go swimming wherever possible, and as there was no ice on the edges of this beautiful mountain lake that we stopped for lunch today, I threw caution to the wind and stripped to my speedos. Believe it or not, I wasn’t the only one - there were plenty of Norwegians who had cast everything off but their underwear to enjoy the 20 degree plus heat of a blue sky scandinavian summer day.
Today we completed our trip to Bergen, driving up and down through valleys, skirting around fjords and taking two vehicle ferries to arrive in Bergen in the early evening - our last full day in Norway.

That is quite a photo, Mr Dempster. I think I speak for us all when I say that the prospect of further Speedo Shots as your tour progresses is a welcome one indeed.
