Day 82: The best place that we stayed in Iran, with small but simple and clean rooms, a lovely courtyard to relax in and great food.

Days 80-81: A good, quiet room with an impressively sized bathroom north of Ferdosi Sqaure and very handy to our favourite restaurant in Iran.

alexandria to sharjah with air arabia
Day 79: A night spent in transit with Air Arabia from Alexandria to Sharjah, and then connecting from Sharjah to Tehran the following day. Once we boarded the plane, Air Arabia did everything right, but even so very little sleep ensued.
