balinese dance at the acropolis
crowd-pleasing Kecak dance in which the entire ensemble including dance performers and the orchestra joined to produce a mesmerising display of chanting and rhythmic movement.

You couldn’t quibble with the location, right in the heart of the Plaka within 5 minutes walk from the Acropolis. We were probably lucky not to be in the dorm in Room 38, down a further two sets of stairs in an airless basement room, the door of which a former visitor had wryly marked “Alien Workshop”.
