About
On 24 June 2007, we set off on our “trip of a lifetime”, a ten-nation adventure that will take us to Norway, the United Kingdom, Greece, Turkey, Syria, Jordan, Iran, Egpyt, India and Nepal over a period of at least four months, and possibly up to six.
We’ve been saving for the trip for more than four years, and seriously planning it for the last few months. South America, while an early favourite, didn’t make the final cut, while China may yet make it onto the itinerary if we decide to string it out for a bit longer.
Travelling with trusty Sony laptop, digital SLR camera and a web cam, we record our impressions of the journey. Meanwhile, Kate’s food blog Veggie Friendly takes a closer look at the vegetarian cuisine that we encounter along the way.
